Is $37,500 to install a 12.15 kW solar panel system with a Tesla Powerwall 3 a fair price?
Project Details
We have received several quotes and just signed this one, which was the lowest we found. We still have a 3-day right of rescission. The quote for panels only was $24.5K, which is about $2/watt. DIY is not feasible for us. My husband handles equipment details, and I handle the numbers. I'm wondering if this quote is fair, especially considering the Tesla battery is DC with an AC inverter and a transfer switch is required by code.
