Is $36,150 to install a 12.9 kW solar system with a Tesla Powerwall 3 a fair price?

I am considering a 12.9 kW solar system with a Tesla Powerwall 3 for my home outside of Austin, Texas. The company I'm considering has excellent Google ratings and price-matched this quote down from a higher initial offer. Other quotes I received ranged from $36,150 up to $52,000, with most in the low $40,000s. I believe this is a decent deal and am seeking a sanity check from the community. I liked the sales representative because he was knowledgeable about solar and my unusual electrical rack setup, and he used zero hard sales tactics. The quoted price is before the 30% ITC. My area is unregulated, and Oncor is our TDU.
