Is $12,208 to install a 6.9 kW solar energy system a fair price?

With the bill moving one step closer to being a reality for solar tax credit ending, I got quotes earlier this week for two systems for my home. I just wanted confirmation that these were good quotes for my area. This was the best system out of 8 quotes that I got. I'm looking to confirm that the panels and inverters are good. The reason the offset is so high is the past 12 month data is for one person that goes into work. I've moved back home within the last month and our usage has doubled essentially since I work from home and in a few years will take over the home with some possible roommates.
