Is $25,000 to install a 30kW solar battery backup system a fair price?

I am a complete novice at solar and am looking to install a battery backup system that would run during outages and also charge and discharge outside of the grid. I currently have a solar installation with 30 Hyundai panels feeding into an Enphase box connected to the grid. My monthly meter reading shows about 1 megawatt for the last month. I'm seeing much cheaper batteries online (e.g., EcoWorthy 30kW rack for about $5k) compared to the quote I received, which makes me question if the labor and supplemental parts are significantly more expensive than the battery itself. I'm unsure if EcoWorthy is a bad brand to compare against. I have an electrician who is willing to charge me labor if I buy the materials. I'm seeking advice on whether the quote I received is fair and justified, as I have no clue about the cost breakdown of storage.
