Is $7,500 to buy out a solar power purchase agreement (PPA) a fair price?

I'm looking for advice on whether to buy out my solar system. I want to add Tesla Powerwalls to help manage my electricity bill and have backup power. I'm not sure if $7,500 is a good deal for a system that's nearly 9 years old.
