Is $2,000 to re-caulk exterior windows and doors with silicone a fair price?

I have a home that was built in the late 90s, it’s brick and has the original caulking around the windows and doors. It is starting to show its age, and it’s much more of a task than I want to undertake myself. I can’t find many people willing to take the job; a lot wont return my calls.
