Is $1,850 to repair and reattach existing egress window well a fair price?
Project Details
House is 7 years old and egress is bowing on one side, water is getting in track of window. House only has a 10 year structural warranty at this point. Had basement waterproofing companies come out and check and only found this to be the issue. I dug around the floor of the well and didn't find a drain. When it rains heavily, I've never noticed standing water in the well.
