Is $2,500 to install a walkable pvc membrane (duradek/dec-tec) a fair price?
Project Details
I'm dealing with a leaking second-floor balcony in Rainy Pacific Northwest. It’s a tiny space (about 50-60 sq ft) situated directly above a living area. The water is currently getting behind the ledger and down into the wall cavity. My exterior repairman currently have the siding removed, so the wall cavity is open and ready for proper deck-to-wall flashing.
