Is $10,000 to install a roofing patio membrane a fair price?
Project Details
I just had a roofing patio installed due to a leak and wear on the old one. I'm concerned about the seam in the new membrane and potential leaks, and I'm not sure if the installation is acceptable for the price. The job was done on the 4th floor of a townhouse. This quote was the lowest I received, with most others being around $12k-$14k.
