build an 8x10 pressure-treated deck

Is $3,600 to build an 8x10 pressure-treated deck a fair price?

Project Details

I am going to try to build this deck myself but I am nervous about it as I have never done anything like this before. I am pretty handy, but YouTube tutorials don't go into enough detail. I am looking for advice on whether the proposed structure is secure enough and if lateral bracing is needed. I am supplying all the materials for the project and only paying for labor.
