Is $72,000 to build a PVC main deck and attached pool deck a fair price?
Project Details
I received quotes from three companies that specialize exclusively in building decks and decided to go with the lowest bid. I'm located about an hour outside of Montreal, in the countryside. The project is scheduled for late October/early November, which feels off-season, but I want it ready for Spring next year. I simply couldn't build it myself no matter how much I could save.
