Is $250,000 to build a 25x50 ft in-ground pool with extensive features a fair price?
Project Details
I'm starting an adventure building a pool for the first time and sketched this out to send over to the contractor. I'm considering two options for the auto-cover placement: over by the waterfall or over by the shallow end and sun deck. I'm thinking it's probably better to put it over in the deep end rather than having people walk over it all the time, but I'm not sure if it would even fit. I'm thinking of using PentAir or Jandy products and want to enable as much local control as possible through Home Assistant. I'm looking for any recommendations on what to tweak or fix in the design.
