Is $700 to install LVP in two small bathrooms a fair price?

My elderly aunt paid $700 to someone from Nextdoor to install LVP in two small bathrooms without consulting me or using my recommended contractor. I am concerned about the quality of the work, especially the transition strip, which I find ridiculous given the color of the cabinets and wood trim. I know this LVP is the cheapest available, and the aluminum transition is also cheap. I had other contractors who would have done the work for $250-$300 in labor costs, and I believe the current job is ugly and poorly done. My aunt is frequently scammed, and I try to keep a close eye on her.
