Is $5,500 to replace rotted kitchen subfloor and install vinyl tiles a fair price?
Project Details
My 13x14 kitchen in my early 1900s house had a rotten subfloor made of slatted wood on joists, which was visible from the basement. I'm questioning if the work performed is acceptable for the price of $5500 and if there are other issues I should be flagging. The joist spacing is approximately 18 inches.
