Is $11,000 to install shaw prodigy lvp flooring in a condo a fair price?

I live in a 3rd floor condo near a river. We had Shaw Prodigy LVP installed 2 years ago and it looked great for the first year, but now the ends are swelling and blistering in 3-4 spots, likely due to humidity. The manufacturer and installer claim nothing is wrong, but they have offered to go 50/50 on a reinstall.
