Is $4,500 to replace a Climate Master geothermal blower motor a fair price?

I am looking for advice because the firm that services my AC/Heating unit quoted $4,500 for a fan motor replacement in central NJ. I've looked up the exact motor type, which comes with an ECM module, and it costs about $700, so the quote looks like a rip-off. I have another service guy coming in tomorrow to check it. I also found a YouTube video where someone replaced a similar model within half an hour, and I'm considering trying it myself.
