Is $23,700 to add a Bosch ducted split HVAC system to the second floor a fair price?
Project Details
My house has central air/heat already, which works great for the second floor, but we freeze on the first floor in the summer when we need to cool the upstairs. Also, one of the upstairs rooms has no HVAC at all due to a remodel from a previous owner (ductwork cut off). My thinking is that if we had a unit on the second floor, we would run the downstairs unit significantly less. I can also get 7-year no-interest financing through a state program which helps with the cost.
