Is $1,200 to replace Navien tankless water heater 3-way valve a fair price?

I would love to replace this myself, but I don't think I am capable of it. I am asking if this is a reasonable quote for this type of work. I am in the Boston area, which has a high cost of living. The unit is fairly new, installed in 2021, and the part is under warranty.
