Is $11,000 to insulate attic from the inside a fair price?
Project Details
We made some mistakes since moving into our terrace 3 years ago. We had the roof completely replaced when we moved in, but we didn't add insulation at the time, and the roofer didn't advise it. The attic rooms are currently in use but are very cold, and we experience dampness and condensation in winter. We have a 1-year-old, and I'd like one of the rooms to be his eventually, as it feels like we're not using the rooms properly. The second quote involves re-doing work from 3 years ago, which feels soul-destroying.
