Is $2,200 to refinish kitchen cabinets a fair price?

My wife and I decided to get our kitchen cabinets refinished and wanted to go with a reasonably priced option. My wife found a husband and wife who started their own business about a year ago, and they had positive reviews and recommendations. So far, I feel like they’ve done an overall sloppy job, getting paint on my walls, oven, backsplash, and even dripping some onto the dining room hardwood floor. I’ve also noticed missed portions of the cabinet after peeling back some painters tape. The job isn’t finished yet, as they are set to come back for touch-ups, but I'm concerned about the paint on my walls, which I now have to touch up myself. I'm not satisfied with the sloppy paint job and am unsure how to address this with them before payment, or if I'm being overly picky.
