Is $7,000 to replace laminate counters and tile with granite and new tile, and install an undermount sink a fair price?
Project Details
I had my old laminate counter and outdated tile replaced. The new counter extends as far as it can to a corner to give some extra counter space, as my wife always tells me a few inches can go a long way.

Install kitchen countertops
Installation of new kitchen countertops. The project was intended to include a 1-inch overhang from the base cabinet, a custom cut for a homeowner-provided square corner sink, and an additional faucet hole for a soap dispenser. However, the actual installation deviated significantly from these specifications: - Overhang: Installed flush with base cabinet drawers, at most 3/4 inch from the cabinet itself. - Negative Overhang: One section has a negative overhang, with the white drawer top protruding 1/8 to 3/16 inch beyond the counter. - Sink Cut: Rounded corners were cut for the homeowner's square sink. - Missing Feature: The additional faucet hole for a soap dispenser was not created.
