Is $50,000 to build a 30x15 chlorinated pool with pebble tec and variable speed pump a fair price?
Project Details
I kept the design very simple, drawing it out myself and having the pool builder approve and execute it. I designed the pool to accommodate friends, family, and pets. I received 5 different estimates, and Premier Pool and Spa's price was in the middle. Three of my neighbors also had their pools built by them, and the company had good reviews. Their office is also walking distance from my workplace. I wanted other options, but we decided to stick to our budget and focus on getting a pool. I believe I made a good decision.
