Is $20,000 to install an automatic pool cover for a 12x22 pool a fair price?

I have toddlers and an auto cover is a non negotiable so I am trying to cut costs on the pool features to make it more affordable for us. My toddler is on the spectrum and he’s quite sneaky but it’s more so my anxiety and just wanting it covered when not in use + a fence. Pool size is 12x22.
