Is $21,000 to install an above ground pool a fair price?

I've gotten 4 quotes from different companies in the range of $15,000-$27,000 for above ground pools. This includes all excavation and installation for pools such as Radiant, Doughboy and Dynasty. These prices seem a little high, is it worth it? or should I be getting a a cheaper above ground with metal walls like an intex or something? I know nothing about above ground pools.
