I’m currently renovating an upper floor in a detached garage and need to address skylight leakage before finishing up with the painting and trim work. The roof is approximately 25+ years old. I am trying to see if it’s justifiable to reflash the current ones and plan to replace the whole roof + skylights within the next 5 years.
