Is $2,500 to rebuild a skylight curb and install new flashing, shingles, and interior trim a fair price?

I bought this house a few years ago, and the seller replaced the skylight due to issues found during inspection. After a year or two, I'm experiencing minor leaking. It turns out the curb was not installed properly, with only 2x6s on two sides and the other two screwed into trim. I'm wondering if the quoted cost is reasonable and if I'm missing anything.
