I am a resident of Ontario, Canada. I have to get my roof replaced. My current asphalt shingle is not in a bad shape and no roof leaks. I found the new company through a Facebook ad and they are 200 kms away from where I live, but they said that they can do the work. I have questions about the process of installing metal shingles over existing asphalt shingles with a membrane, and whether the cost being similar to asphalt shingles has a catch.
