repair a patch of my roof

Is $2,800 to repair a patch of my roof a fair price?

Project Details

I am looking to repair a patch of my roof after shingles fell off from termite fumigation. I feel the quoted price of $2800 is high and am looking to get more bids. I thought this would initially cost $1000 or less. I am also looking to replace the entire roof soon since it's about 15 years old, and I'm considering if I should just put this money towards a full roof replacement.
