Is $30,000 to replace roof a fair price?
Project Details
I was quoted $30k for a new roof. I tipped the crew $300 after they finished. My biggest complaint is the finish looks worse than what I had before. I am particularly concerned about the chimney flashing and the valley area (my old roof had a metal valley there). I am beyond depressed at this point, although others have commented that it looks mostly ok.
