Is $13,196 to install a 22.32 kWp solar system with Solax inverter a fair price?

Project Details

I have available roof space of approximately 50 m² per roof side with North-East / South-West orientation, allowing 24 panels per side, and no shading. My annual consumption is around 20,000 kWh per year. This is for a medical practice with heavy electrical equipment, heat pumps, electric sanitary systems, and EV charging (public charging pole). I have a 3-phase grid connection and want to maximize self-consumption, as there is high daytime usage. My budget is around €15,000. I desire monitoring/data tracking. I am concerned that the 10 kW inverter in offer 1 seems undersized for the 22.32 kWp system (DC/AC ratio = 2.23), even though the NE/SW orientation spreads production. Offer 1 fills the roof completely but uses a relatively small inverter. Offer 2 is more traditionally sized but installs significantly less capacity for nearly the same price. I need advice on whether the 10 kW inverter in offer 1 is problematic given my orientation, load profile, and spread production, or if it's economically justified. From a pure ROI perspective, offer 1 seems extremely strong, but from a technical balance perspective, offer 2 feels more conservative.
