After 10 problem-free years, pigeons have started nesting under my solar panels. I'm getting quotes for critterguard, or a similar product, from wildlife removal companies. I'm looking for a solution to deter pigeons. I'm generally handy, but I'm not comfortable with heights, which is why I'm hiring this out. My solar system's warranty is already done. I received a quote for $6,800 which I found outrageous, and another for $2,600 which seems more reasonable based on my research. I prefer a mesh option over anything that might trap heat under the panels.
